Kitchen Production Assistant
Expectations:
- Arrive at scheduled time. (If late or sick notify supervisor as soon as possible) Lunch is 1 hour from the time you leave the kitchen to time you return
- Comply with IGH Handbook
- Kitchen Uniform is medical scrubs (dark color)
- Practice great sanitation and hygiene
- The ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Teamwork
- Accountability
- Communication
Daily Duties
- Complete daily checklist
- Cleaning and sanitation of the MIP Kitchen
- Washing of dishes and equipment
- Sweeping and Mopping of Kitchen
- Dosing oil for production of specified product
- Production of products following SOP’s. ie: chocolate, topical, gummies, lozenges, etc.
- Counting, documentation, packaging of produced products
- Any other duties that the manager deems needed
