Wholesale Marketing Field Manager / Brand Ambassador
Job Summary
We are seeking an organized, self-motivated, diligent, and responsible Marketing Field Manager to join our growing team. In this position, you will engage current In Good Health wholesale partners and their consumers through social media postings, store level pop-ups, staff trainings and other various marketing efforts. Your primary objective will be to help to continue to build the In Good Health brand and products within existing accounts to help drive brand awareness and consumer loyalty. This position will primarily assist the Director of Wholesale Operations with dispensary level account management and support through pop-up events, staff trainings, social media promotions and trade shows. This is a full time role that will require driving, standing and being engaged in face to face consumer activities for long periods of time.
Marketing Field Manager Duties and Responsibilities
- Reports directly to the Director of Wholesale Operations
- Must be able to prioritize tasks and maintain deadlines
- Maintain weekly activity log with notes of account specific actions items
- Work with the Director of Wholesale for scheduling weekly pop-up events, staff trainings and other marketing efforts
- Must be available nights & weekends as needed for in-store events and trade shows
- Create and maintain In Good Health social media actively as it pertains to products, events, and other marketing efforts
- May need to assist on in progress wholesale orders; collect and prepare appropriate order quantities; process orders for delivery. Organize final count and stage wholesale orders for delivery with the assistance of coworkers.
- May need to assist in tracking outstanding invoices and follow up with wholesale partners as needed

Requirements
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Prior Cannabis Industry experience required
- Excellent presentation, communication and listening skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Social Media Presence
- Valid drivers license, reliable vehicle and clean driving record
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
- Associates or Bachelors degree preferred but not necessary with relevant experience
- Ability to travel independently throughout the state for pop-ups, staff trainings and other events
- Ability to lift heavy items including tents, tables, and boxes up to 50 pounds
